The property is located adjacent to the west of a large county park which includes a soccer field. Rosemary Clark middle school is less than ¼-mile away. In addition, there is a gas station/convenience store, a U.S. Post office within two blocks and a convalescent home ¼-mile away.
North Canyon Homes is about 5 minutes south to a new Super WalMart, Home Depot and the center of town. Another 2 minutes south and you find the new 8 Plex Digital Cinema and the new Sam’s Club.
