North Canyon Homes is a development of 16.1 acres of land in Pahrump, NV, on which
I intend to build 74 single-family homes ranging in size from 1080 sq.ft. to 1858
sq.ft.. I received approval of the Tentative Map in 2008 for the 74 home sites and
the final map should be approved within the month of December 2008. The plot plan,
floor plans and elevations are attached.
Final approved is awaiting plan check of the engineering and offsite costs. The property is located adjacent to the west of a large county park which includes a soccer field. Rosemary Clark middle school is less than ¼-mile away. In addition, there is a gas station/convenience store, a U.S. Post office within two blocks and a convalescent home ¼-mile away. Mayfield Estates development is also on Simkins Road, about two blocks to the west of North Canyon Homes. Richland Homes is located on Harris Farm Road about 1 mile north. It’s about 5 minutes south to a new Super WalMart and the center of town where a new Home Depot just opened this year. Another 2 minutes south and you find the new 8 Plex Digital Cinema and the new Sam’s Club. |
